A hypothesis is a liability

We were very excited that our piece ‘A hypothesis is a liability’ – on the hidden cost to having a hypothesis when analyzing a dataset – received attention in the media:

It was listed as one of the 100 most discussed articles across 20 disciplines. Altmetric tracked 87.7 million mentions of 3.4 million works in 2020.

Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf also wrote a news piece about it.
